A field report indicates that a 1900 baht falang surcharge now applies. No negotiation - at least that was the experience of one visitor there... Has anyone else had a similar issue???

Notes: BIWA Cafe & Massage Parlor is a smallish place, with a mid-size bowl of approximately 50 girls divided into 2 sections.
